We reserve the right to decline membership applications. In the event of a refusal, your annual subscription fee will be refunded in full.

Upon subscribing to this membership type, SAIA will activate the student membership and notify the applicant once the accuracy of the information and attached documents has been verified.
To qualify for student membership, the applicant must be enrolled in an educational institution and currently pursuing studies, providing valid proof of enrollment.
All information is used and stored in accordance with SAIA’s Privacy Policy.
All membership subscription fees are final and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable to other individuals.
We reserve the right to decline membership applications. In the event of a refusal, your annual subscription fee will be refunded in full.

- Corporate membership
Membership slots within a corporate membership are owned by the organization.
When an individual is added to the corporate membership list by the organization's representative, SAIA will activate the memberships and notify the individuals once the information is verified.
All information is used and stored in accordance with SAIA’s Privacy Policy.
If a member is removed from the corporate membership, a replacement cannot be added as the membership is non-transferable. To add a new individual, an additional member fee must be paid. Note that the expiry date for any added individual is linked to the organization's membership expiration date.
Upon applying for any corporate membership category, a price quotation is sent to the organization. Following agreement, payment is accepted via bank transfer only.
Events
The term "Event" refers to all conferences, workshops, seminars, professional development training courses, special interest group meetings, and other networking occasions.
- Invoicing and Payment
Fees and Invoices Payment Mechanism
Individuals: The individual must pay the fees directly through the Website at the time of registration.
Government Entities: Fees are paid in accordance with the Government Tenders and Procurement Law and its Implementing Regulations
Companies: Fees must be paid before the start of the course via the Website or bank transfer.
SAIA reserves the right to determine the number of seats available for events.
SAIA reserves the right to revoke an admission decision if the maximum capacity is reached; priority is given to those who complete payment first.
Event registration fees are final and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable to other individuals. Fees will not be refunded for non-attendance.
Registration constitutes acceptance of SAIA’s Terms and Conditions regarding registration, payment, and attendance.
We reserve the right to change published events, speakers, and venues without prior notice. In the event of a total cancellation, our liability is limited to a full refund of the event fees only; no compensation will be provided for any other costs incurred by the candidate, such as travel or accommodation.
Terms and Conditions for Event Attendance:
- SAIA disclaims any responsibility for damages resulting from the misuse of technology during online event attendance.
- The event attendance platform provides the trainee with the option to enable or disable their camera. The trainee has full control over whether to share their video feed; therefore, SAIA clarifies that it shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the trainee’s decision to share their camera during the session.
- The trainee pledges not to use the online attendance feature for any act that harms other trainees or violates their privacy. The trainee is prohibited from any action that causes direct or indirect harm to other attendees or SAIA.
- The trainee pledges not to use the online attendance feature in any way that harms SAIA or violates its rights, such as recording or publishing events, sharing the attendance link with non-subscribers, or using/selling training manuals and attached materials for unauthorized purposes. In the event of a violation, SAIA reserves the right to refer the matter to the competent authorities in the Kingdom.
- To obtain a certificate of attendance, the trainee must attend at least (80%) eighty percent of the total scheduled training hours.
- The (User / Trainee / Subscriber) of the (Website) agrees to SAIA’s right to document training courses, workshops, and seminars through audiovisual means and to utilize such recordings. SAIA reserves the right to republish them via media, social platforms, and modern technical means.
Refund Policy
- Scientific Books
Users may submit a refund request for scientific books within seven working days from the date of receipt
For a refund request to be accepted, the product must be unused and in the same condition as delivered. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once SAIA has delivered the product to the carrier.
- Events
Once payment is made and a seat is reserved for an event, the trainee is not entitled to a refund. In the event of a postponement or cancellation by SAIA, an alternative date will be scheduled or the seat cost will be refunded.
Shipping Policy
SAIA ships all products via courier services based on the standard rates for each geographical region.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM (KSA time) will be processed for delivery. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days.
Once the package is signed for, the product becomes the customer's responsibility.
Once an order is placed, you cannot modify the order or change the specified delivery address.
Tawteen Program
Trainee Registration on SAIA Website:
- The username must be your real name.
- The user guarantees that all information added to their account on the Website is completely accurate. The user bears full responsibility for any false information provided, with no liability on SAIA The user acknowledges that if the registered data is incomplete, incorrect, or duplicated, certificates will be issued based on that data, and SAIA will not be able to amend the data under any circumstances.
- The user commits to creating only one account on the Website. If a problem occurs with the initial account, the user must contact us via the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the Website to resolve the issue.
Terms and Conditions for Course Attendance (Tawteen Program Trainees):
- SAIA disclaims any responsibility for damages resulting from the misuse of technology during remote (online) course attendance.
- The course attendance platform provides the trainee with the option to enable or disable their camera. The trainee has full control over whether to share their video feed; therefore, SAIA clarifies that it shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the trainee’s decision to share their camera during the session.
- The trainee pledges not to use the remote attendance feature for any act that harms other trainees or violates their privacy. The trainee is prohibited from any action that causes direct or indirect harm to other attendees or SAIA.
- The trainee pledges not to use the remote attendance feature in any way that harms SAIA or violates its rights, such as recording or publishing courses, sharing the attendance link with non-subscribers, or using/selling training manuals and attached materials for unauthorized purposes. In the event of a violation, SAIA reserves the right to refer the matter to the competent authorities in the Kingdom.
Attendance Rules: SAIA emphasizes that remote electronic training is as significant as traditional in-person training. Therefore, please adhere to the following:
- Each trainee must have an individual account containing a username and password
- Attendance verification mechanisms must be activated
- To obtain a certificate of attendance, the trainee must attend at least (80%) eighty percent of the total scheduled training hours.
- Trainees must log in early, well before the start of the course, to ensure the connection and audio quality of the device used for training.
- Training program materials must be downloaded from the SAIA Website for review prior to the start of the course.
- SAIA verifies trainee commitment to remote attendance through the instructor.
- SAIA provides a communication mechanism for trainees to seek assistance through technical support channels or direct contact
SAIA's Rights Regarding Training Programs (Tawteen):
- SAIA reserves the right to cancel any training course, change its timing, or merge it with another similar course on a different date as needed. Trainees will be notified of any such changes, cancellations, or mergers.
- Registration for any course remains open until the specified capacity for the training program is reached.
Requirements
All members agree to comply with:
§ The Code of Ethics, including the Rules of Conduct.
§ The International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.
§ Communication Preferences: By joining SAIA, you agree to receive emails directly related to your membership administration, Continuing Professional Education (CPE), SAIA governance, and policy research. You may also choose other communications based on your areas of interest. You can set or change your communication preferences at any time by logging into your online account and navigating to "My Communication Preferences."
§ You may opt out of receiving communications alerting you to news and offers at any time. To do so, use the unsubscribe link provided in the email or contact info@iia.org.sa. You can also update your preferences under "Email Subscriptions" in the "Membership Management" section.
Terms and Conditions for the Tawteen Program
First-time registration on SAIA platform:
- The username must be your real name.
- The user guarantees that all information added to their account on the Website is completely accurate and bears full responsibility for any incorrect information provided.
- The user commits to creating only one account on the Website. If a problem occurs with the initial account, the user must contact us via the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the Website to resolve the issue.
Terms and Conditions for Course Attendance:
- SAIA disclaims any responsibility for damages resulting from the misuse of technology during remote (online) course attendance.
- The course attendance platform provides the trainee with the option to enable or disable their camera, placing full control in the hands of the students themselves. Accordingly, SAIA clarifies that it shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from the trainee’s decision to share their camera during the session.
- The trainee pledges not to use the remote attendance feature for any act that harms other trainees or violates their privacy. The trainee is prohibited from any action that causes direct or indirect harm to other attendees or SAIA.
- The trainee pledges not to use the remote attendance feature in any way that harms SAIA or violates its rights, such as recording or publishing courses, sharing the attendance link with non-subscribers, or using/selling training manuals and attached materials for unauthorized purposes. In the event of a violation, SAIA reserves the right to refer the matter to the competent authorities in the Kingdom.
- For in-person courses, the trainee pledges not to photograph training halls, screens, or general facilities at the training venue. The trainee acknowledges SAIA's right to seek compensation for any damages resulting from non-compliance with this condition.
- Dear Customer, please ensure your data is filled in correctly. Providing incomplete, incorrect, or duplicate data during registration will result in the forfeiture of your certificate. SAIA shall not be held liable for any errors, and data cannot be modified after the course ends as the registration system is locked prior to completion.
Attendance Rules: SAIA emphasizes that remote electronic training is as significant as traditional in-person training. Therefore, please adhere to the following:
- Each trainee must have an individual account containing a username and password
- Attendance verification mechanisms must be activated
- To obtain a certificate of attendance, the trainee must attend at least (80%) eighty percent of the total scheduled training hours.
- Trainees must log in early, well before the remote course, to ensure the connection and audio quality of the device used for training. For in-person courses, attendance is required fifteen minutes before the session starts.
- Training program materials must be downloaded from the SAIA Website for review prior to the start of the course
- SAIA verifies trainee commitment to remote attendance through the instructor. In the event of non-attendance, SAIA reserves the right to claim damages
resulting from the seat reservation.
SAIA provides a communication mechanism for trainees to seek assistance through technical support channels or direct contact

I, the undersigned, whose details are registered below, declare my full and unconditional agreement to all terms regarding online (remote) course attendance as outlined above. I acknowledge that all my information is correct and that I bear full responsibility toward SAIA, the instructor, other trainees, or SAIA's staff. In the event of any action on my part that violates the aforementioned terms, they reserve the right to pursue legal action against me through the competent authorities in the Kingdom.
