The Saudi Authority of Internal Auditors (SAIA) offers a range of specialized books and academic references in the field of internal auditing and related areas, with the aim of supporting professional development and providing authoritative knowledge resources for practitioners and professionals interested in the field.
First: Order Procedures
- Books may be ordered through SAIA's website.
- Users shall enter accurate and complete information when submitting an order, including precise shipping details and address. Users bear full responsibility for any errors or omissions in such information, and any resulting delay or non-delivery of the order.
- Orders shall only be confirmed upon successful completion of the payment process.
- Order details may not be amended once the purchase process has been completed.
- SAIA reserves the right to reject or cancel any order in the event of inaccurate information, including shipping details and address, or for any regulatory reason.
Second: Order Processing
- Book orders shall be processed daily upon successful completion of payment.
- Order preparation procedures shall commence within a period not exceeding five (5) working days from the date of payment confirmation.
- Where an order is received after 1:00 p.m. (Saudi Arabia time), it shall be processed on the following business day.
- In the event of any issue with the order or unavailability of the product, SAIA reserves the right to postpone or cancel the order. The user shall be notified accordingly.
Third: Shipping and Delivery
- Orders shall be shipped to the address registered by the user through approved shipping providers.
- Delivery times range from two to five (2-5) business days, depending on the recipient's location.
- Upon signing for receipt of the shipment, responsibility for the product shall transfer to the user.
- Where an order has been shipped but cannot be received by the user for any reason, the user may, within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, request a refund of the order value after deduction of the shipping fees. No refund claim shall be entertained after the expiry of this period. Following the expiry of the refund period, the user may request the reshipment of the order within an additional period of thirty (30) days, provided that the user bears the full reshipment fees, without any liability or obligation on the part of SAIA.
- SAIA shall not be liable for any delay caused by shipping carriers or by circumstances beyond its control.
Fourth: Returns and Exchanges
- Products may not be returned once the purchase process has been completed, except in cases where the product is damaged or differs from the order.
- Where a user receives a damaged product or a product that differs from the order, the user may request an exchange or return within a period not exceeding seven (7) business days from the date of receipt of the product. In such cases, the user shall be required to provide evidence of the product's condition and to retain the invoice as proof of purchase.
- Exchange or return requests shall be processed within a period of seven to fourteen (7-14) business days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
- Refunds shall be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, where exchange is not possible.
